Fees & Registration
Fees
All payments must be paid via electronic draft (checking, savings, debit/credit card). We offer 3 different payment schedules for your monthly fee:
- 100% on the 1st of every month
- 100% on the 15th of every month
- 50% on the 1st and 50% 15th of every month
Payments are accepted electronically via checking, savings or credit/debit card accounts.
Any delinquent accounts will result in termination from the program.
Registration fees per child
August—December $30.00
January—March $20.00
April—May $10.00
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
Option 1: Year Round Program
Includes After School care, Before School care (Garden, Taylor Ranch, Venice Elementary, Venice Christian (up to 5th grade only) Pineview, Venice Middle, Island Village Montessori School and Student Leadership Academy) school days off, holiday camps and summer day camp.
Member bank draft rate $190.00
Non Member bank draft rate $220.00
Registration forms and fees (if applicable) are required.
Option 2: School Year Only
Includes After School care, Before School care (Garden, Taylor Ranch, Venice Elementary, Venice Christian (up to 5th grade only) Pineview, Venice Middle School, Island Village Montessori School, and Student Leadership Academy), school days off and holiday camps.
Member bank draft rate $175.00
Non Member bank draft $205.00

Option 3: Before School Care ONLY
This care is for children who attend Garden, Taylor Ranch, Venice Elementary, Venice Christian (up to 5th grade only) and Pineview.
Member bank draft rate $45.00
Non Member bank draft $60.00
Option 4: Full Day Programs
These include teacher work days (professional days), winter and spring break camps. ADVANCED REGISTRATION is required for these days with completed registration card and fee.
Fees:
Member $15.00 per day
Non Member $20.00 per day
Locations/hours of operation for full day programs:
- Venice YMCA Youth Center 6:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Venice YMCA on the Island (Venice Presbyterian Church) 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Registration
To register for Full Day Programs:
- Registration form(s) must be completed
- Non-refundable/non-transferable fee must be paid
- Payment must be made for the specific day
- Deadline to register is the WEDNESDAY prior to the upcoming week. A late fee of $25 will be charged if registering after Wednesday.
- Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.
Registration packet includes:
- Registration form that provides us the necessary information we need to ensure your child’s safety and well-being including fears, strengths, special needs and authorized persons permitted to remove your child from the program.

Scholarships
Thanks to the many friends of the South County Family YMCA, our supporters and the United Way, our YMCA provides scholarship assistance based upon household income or hardship reasons. Those wishing to be considered for financial assistance may request a scholarship application at the YMCA front desk or click here to download. Scholarship applications usually take one week to process.
