YMCA Skate Park
The South County YMCA’s Skate Park at the Venice branch is a joint effort with the City of Venice and Sarasota County Parks & Recreation Department. The park features:
- 4-foot high quarterpipes with platforms
- Four 20-degree banks with platforms
- Regular and curved grind ledges
- Boardbank
- Open Street Course
- 40-foot grind rail
- 4 platforms
- 12 foot long grind rail
- Flat wedge stair
- Plaza—including planter, grind box, flat wedge and flat stair
- 4 foot bank ramps
The skate park’s entrance is at the rear of the Venice YMCA’s parking lot at 701 Center Road, Venice.
