Aquatics

In 2009, we served over 900 kids in our pools. We offer classes for members 6 months to 99 years – the young to young-at-heart.

Both the Venice YMCA and Englewood YMCA have beautiful, outdoor pools for our members’ and guests’ enjoyment. The Venice YMCA’s aquatics department has been in existence for over 30 years. The pool is 50 meters long and 25 yards wide, has two diving boards (1 meter and 3 meters), and is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer to maintain a year-round temperature of 83 degrees. The Jacuzzi is maintained at 104 degrees.
