On Saturday, May 29th, the YMCA dance program performed its rendition of the highly acclaimed Broadway production Shrek.  Guests enjoyed a catered lunch, 80 dancers performed in 15 numbers, and the awards presentation was followed by a dessert reception for everyone.  “We renamed the performance "I'm a Believer! That is a core value we try to teach at the Y,” states executive producer, Michelle Guy.  “I wasn't sure how we were going to top last year's production, but we certainly hit the nail on the head; it was spectacular!.”  The YMCA also provided handmade costumes for the kids to keep after the show.
